Terms and Conditions

1. Item(s) sold are refundable & exchangeable if u are not satisfied with the item(s) within 7 days after delivery date. T&C apply.

2. Serious buyer only; no BACKOUTS or EXCHANGE after invoice been sent to you.

3. Delivery option : Poslaju / Register Post / Self Collected (KLCC / Tesco Puchong / Giant Puchong / LRT Station Kelana Jaya / Giant Kelana Jaya).

4. The price of the 'tudung' is excluding delivery charges / postage cost.

5. We kindly used 'first come first serve basis'.

6. Once received the item(s), kindly notify us via email or sms. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the item(s).

HoW tO oRdER..

To order:

1. Please send an e-mail to lynayli@gmail.com or sms to 019-6426482 with the following details:

i) Name / code no. of the item
ii) Color
iii) Quantity

2. We will reply you with the information on the availability of the item, total charges, and payment information.

3. Invoice will be sent for each item via email (within 24hrs)

4. We will post on the next day once we receive full payment (within 2 days)

5. Payment method : CIMB / COD.
(We will inform the account number once order confirmed)

6. Please attach all the payment details ie; reference number, time and amount of the money transferred.

7. We post the items once payment had been made and we will give tracking number.

8. Postage Fee :

~ Peninsular Malaysia RM6.00 (Poslaju)

~ East Malaysia RM18.00 (Registered Post)
